HOW TO PAY......

There are four ways to pay for your goods:

a) Direct to us at our store in Mojacar, Almeria.

Our address is o­n our Order Form. Simply come in and pay cash or by Visa with I.D. We will already have a copy your Order Form. You will be given your Customer Order Number as soon as you have paid. This is your confirmation that you have paid and that your order is being processed.

b) Pay into our bank account

PLEASE NOTE : in order to pay any money into our account you will need our bank details(see below). Pay the total amount quoted by us, into our account either in person at the bank,quoting your name as a reference  or by bank transfer- again quoting your name as a reference, which ever method suits you - then call or e-mail us to confirm payment has been made.

As soon as we receive confirmation from the bank that payment has been made, we will call or e-mail you with your Customer Order Number. This is your confirmation that you have paid and that your order is being processed. If you do not receive your Customer Order Number within two working days please contact us to let us know.

c) CREDIT CARD PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL

WE HOLD A PAYPAL VERIFIED STATUS ACCOUNT

THIS MEANS WE HAVE BEEN CHECKED AND VERIFIED BY PAYPAL.

To use this service, you must have a valid e-mail address.
We use PAYPAL e-mail Payment Solutions as our preferred credit card payment method. We send you a  invoice via  e-mail with the details of the payment due.
When you receive our payment request e-mail, all you have to do is click o­n the PAYPAL link which will take you to the PAYPAL website.

PAYPAL is the safest method of making o­n-line payments. They use industry standard SSL Encryption (128 bit) to encrypt your details: Rohha will not have access at any time to your credit card or bank details.  UKS accept credit card payment by telephone.These include,

As soon as your goods have arrived in our UK depot we will contact you by email or telephone to give you a delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR OUR COURIERS TO GIVE AN EXACT DELIVERY TIME ,SO WE MUST HAVE A  CONTACT NUMBER FOR YOU DURING THE DAY.

ALL  LARGE DELIVERIES ARE  TO THE KERBSIDE o­nLY SO IF YOU HAVE LARGE OR BULKY ITEMS BEING DELIVERED, PLEASE ARRANGE FOR SOME HELP TO BE ON HAND.
